MEWA End of Year Bowling Party! (Sign-Up Required)
Sign up HERE to join us @ Mt. Hood Lanes 12-2 pm
There will be pizza, fruit, veggies, and drinks provided! Bowling shoes will also be provided. Please wear or bring socks.
Please note: This is a drop off and pick up event.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or down?
Join a safe and supportive space just for high school students. You don’t have to handle everything on your own. Talking helps. Support matters. You matter. The group will be 8 weeks long. If you attend 7 out of 8 groups you get .5 elective credit!
What to expect:
A safe, confidential space
Support from peers
Coping strategies & stress management tools
Open discussion
No pressure to share — just come as you are
