If you were an active student with us through the end of last school year, and you haven’t called or emailed to unenroll your student, you are still enrolled!

We will have a computer checkout time from Wednesday, August 30th to Friday, September 1st between 9:00am and 2:00pm. No appointment is necessary

Good news! If you were enrolled with us through the end of last school year, and you haven’t told us you wanted to attend a different school in the meantime, you are still enrolled with us. Returning students can log into their canvas on September 5th and start their schoolwork. If any of your contact information has changed, please reach out to the front office so we can update our records. Thank you!

Yes! We are accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year.

You can expect a phone call mid to late August to verify the information on your application, and register you for orientation.

No! We are a state funded public charter school. We do not charge any tuition. It’s completely free to attend!

Yes. MEWA is a fully online school. All of our coursework is done online, and we even offer online club activities!

We do have a physical building, and offer some in person supports and club activities as well, but coming to the building is never required.

They should be back in office on August 22nd.

Your full student record file is something we receive directly from your previous school. Once you are enrolled, we send a records request.

However, If you are a High Schooler, you will need to get a transcript from your previous school and send it to us so we can get you enrolled and place you in the appropriate classes. We cannot place you without it.

Picture day will be Wednesday, September 20th, 2022.

Picture Retake day / makeup day will be Tuesday, October 31st, 2022.

Other than a computer, which you can check out from the school, MEWA does not require a specific set of school supplies.

However, many students find it useful to have some notebooks, and pencils to take notes with.

At this time, there is no limit on how many guests you can bring.

While we cannot accept students once they have turned 21, there are some community resources available if you are 21 and over and would still like to complete either your GED or your high school diploma.
